Couples share their plans
Couples begin by telling us their wedding date, location, style, and budget.
This allows us to understand what they’re actually looking for before introducing anyone.
My Wedding Shortlist isn’t a directory.
Couples tell us their date, location and what they care about.
We introduce you only when there’s genuine alignment — style, availability and budget.

We shortlist a small number of professionals whose work, availability and pricing align.
This is not a broadcast lead sent to dozens of vendors.
3
Couples explore a shortlist of typically three vendors per category and choose who they’d like to meet.
Only the vendors they choose receive the introduction.

When an introduction arrives, you can review the details before accepting.
If it looks like a good fit, accept the introduction and connect directly with the couple.
If not, simply decline — no credits used.

No mass lead distribution. No directories or open marketplaces.
Couples share their date, location, budget and vision before any introductions are made.
We introduce you only when there is a genuine fit — and when you’re available for the date.
Each introduction is a warm, considered enquiry, not a broadcast lead.
Couples then choose who they’d like to meet.
Our service is always complimentary for couples.
Introductions operate on a transparent, credit-based model.
You only use credits when you accept an introduction.
Declining an introduction never costs a credit.
Optional auto top-up ensures uninterrupted participation.
To maintain quality and response times, we limit the number of participating vendors in each region and category.
Applications are reviewed individually.
When a region reaches capacity, new applications are placed on a waitlist and reviewed as positions open.
A limited number of founding professionals are invited to join at no cost while the platform grows.
Participation will transition to the credit model as the platform expands.
